Adan G. Vega
Adan G. Vega (Rice B.A., 1976) has dedicated his career and the practice of law to the federal area of immigration and nationality law. With over thirty-five (35) years of experience in field of immigration and nationality law , Adan G. Vega has lectured at conferences of the American Immigration lawyers Association (AILA), Rice University, the University of Houston, and The University of Texas on immigration issues.
on August 23, 1988 he presented testimony before a United States House of Representative Committee on the Judiciary/Subcommittee on Immigration, Refugees and International Law with regards to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and its effects on the United States; he has served as legal counsel for several foreign governments in the United States including the government of Mexico and El Salvador with respect to immigration issues.
The Migration and Refugee Services of the United States Catholic Conference presented Mr. Vega with a special service award in recognition of outstanding commitment and dedicated service to the newcomers in our midst.
In 1985, Adan G. Vega Vega was awarded a Certificate of Special Competence from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas authorizing the title of Board Certified Specialist. He has been involved with AILA since 1982 and served as Texas Chapter Conference Co-Chairmen in 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2004.
Adan G. Vega has acted as legal counsel to multinational companies, and has been active in offering pro bono services to the indigent community in Texas. He authored a book titled "Guide of United States History and Government" in 1989. He was one of the founders and an initial director of the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 1984, president of Consejo Hispano from 1987-1988, as well as special immigration legal counsel and board director, vice president, and president of the Camara de Empresarios Latinos of Houston (CELH).
Adan G. Vega received his bachelor of arts from Rice University and his doctor jurisprudence from the University of Texas at Austin, Texas. Mr. Vega has been recognized as "Top Texas Lawyer" since 2004 by the Texas Monthly’s Super Lawyer Section.
Matilda R. Matiru
has been practicing exclusively immigration law in Texas since 2009. Matilda
chose to practice in the field of immigration law because she is an immigrant
herself and she has a strong desire to utilize her skills, abilities and training
to assist the immigrant community from around the world.
has extensive experience representing foreign nationals before the immigration
courts in addition to family and employment based clients before the Department
of Labor, the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of State.
is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)and as of 2014 is Texas Board
Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law. As of 2015, there are only 157 Immigration and nationality law Texas board certified attorneys.

Zuly J. Estrada:
Ms. Estrada is the Business Manager and works closely with our legal department to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and attention. Ms. Estrada has a background experience as an immigration paralegal, working alongside attorney Vega on both family-based and employment-based immigration matters.
With impeccable attention to detail, acquired knowledge and years of experience, Ms. Estrada’s works to implement all available resources for the benefit of our clients as we believe that each one of our cases represent the opportunity to make a positive impact.
Ms. Estrada received her higher education at the University of St. Thomas and at the University of Houston. Ms. Estrada is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Mrs. Reyna’s dedication and
attention to detail make her a valuable asset to our office and to our
clients. Mrs. Reyna has gained significant experience in our area of
practice, immigration and nationality law, and has assisted as a paralegal in
family-based and employment-based immigration matters.
Mrs. Reyna received her
higher education from San Jacinto College and has learned to implement her
academic learnings, along with over five years of experience in the field, to
execute with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. Mrs. Reyna is bilingual
in English and Spanish.
Eunice A. Benitez:
Ms. Benitez has excelled as a
paralegal, specializing in family-based immigration matters. Her experience as
an immigration paralegal started in the state of Michigan where she obtained
her Associates degree in paralegal studies and in liberal arts from Oakland
Ms. Benitez serves as one of our primary family-based
paralegals with all family-based immigration matters. Ms. Benitez is bilingual
in English and Spanish.
